Terms of service
These Wholesale Terms of Service ("Terms") govern wholesale purchases from Vianne Jewels, a brand of Anjal Gems USA Inc ("Vianne Jewels," "we," "us," "our"), 54 West 47th Street, Suite 5FE, New York, NY 10036. By applying for a wholesale account or placing an order, you ("Retailer," "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Wholesale-only / trade accounts
Vianne Jewels sells exclusively to approved retail businesses for resale. Accounts are subject to approval and may require business documentation (e.g., a resale certificate). Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved account holders and is confidential; you agree not to disclose it publicly.
2. Products
Our jewelry features lab-grown diamonds and is crafted in recycled solid gold — and, on request, platinum, sterling silver, and 9K/10K gold — with conflict-free stones and full provenance documentation. Lab-grown diamonds are identified as such. GIA, IGI, or any other lab certification is available on request and priced accordingly. Images are representative; minor variation may occur in hand-finished pieces.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order applies. First orders are prepaid. After your first order, we may extend Net 7 terms based on creditworthiness and order history, with longer terms available over time. We reserve the right to require prepayment, place credit holds, or charge reasonable late fees on overdue balances.
4. Orders, minimums & lead times
Most stocked pieces are available individually for samples; production runs typically start at 10–20 units depending on style. Stocked items generally ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation; custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 3–5 weeks depending on complexity. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
5. Custom & private-label
Custom, bespoke, engraved, and private-label pieces are produced to your specification and are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins. We may require a deposit and your written approval of CAD or samples before production.
6. Title & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to you.
7. Warranty
Vianne Jewels warrants its pieces against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece. The warranty covers repair or, at our discretion, replacement, and excludes normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage from improper care or third-party alteration.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, images, and content are the property of Anjal Gems USA Inc / Vianne Jewels and may be used by approved retailers solely to market the products they purchase from us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the courts located in New York.
